Enhanced SLS-203T Stoplight Switch by Standard Motor Products Review

ABS and VCS lights on, no cruise control or traction control - all solid for the price of a small brake switch which I easily installed myself.

Fits my 97 Land Cruiser and allows easy pedal travel/sensitivity adjustment. I have not confirmed cruise control compatibility but will update this review if the CC stops working.

Works great in my 2007 Toyota Prius Touring and for 1/3 the cost of an OEM part that failed after just over 200,000 miles. Half an hour of work at the local workshop to install it. ($37.50 plus tax). The dealer charged me $70 + $100 for the labor.

Replaced brake light switch on 2001 Prius due to cruise control failure. Installation of medium complexity. Do some reading online but don't follow the recommendation to cut the weld on the locknut. I was able to disassemble the switch with an open-end wrench. The cruise control works as expected after the repair.

I did a little research on which switch to order for my Prius and of course what worked for others didn't work for me. BUT this one did! The piece I received was really blue, which you can see in my photos. I removed the black part from my Prius and ordered the green part wrong. This part is longer than my original switch; However, I had enough space for it. If you have big hands like me, you probably need someone with smaller hands to help you with the installation.
