Standard Motor Products TS24 Sender Review

When I tried this automotive sensor in my vehicle, it failed to accurately read the temperature and caused my engine to overheat. The pros of this product are that it`s affordable and easy to install... However, the one major con is that it doesn't work properly, leading to potential expensive engine damage. I wouldn't recommend this replacement part to ANYONE..

The temperature gauge in my 1965 Mustang was too low. I've heard that some aftermarket temp sensors may not be accurate. I've read at least two posts recommending Standard Motor Products temperature sensors. Of course, advice on any forum should be taken with a pinch of salt, after installing this sensor it seems accurate.
