In my experience with ST they are responsive/communicative to our needs for content editing across multiple platforms (website + social media). They have many different levels of freelancers that may work together or in isolation depending upon project size & scope - however we've never seen any issues here but rather positive comments from us as clients about their collaborative approach! The most important thing is that it's very flexible in terms of what you can do with your website. It really gives you lots to choose from when designing your site as well-which I love! And they are always willing to help out if needed too which makes me feel like their customer service team genuinely cares about helping others succeed online!
