Stanley FatMax 33-740L Hand Tools Review

Typical Stanley FatMax quality, I thought I was the coolest at work with this tape. I quickly realized that it wouldn't even fit in my large hand. Since then I've learned to be a little more reasonable. 30 feet.

Clean junk. The tape got wet from the rain. Designed to dry. After a few days, the yellow part with the inscription began to peel off completely. Not the quality I remember from Stanley or the Fat Max line. The 25 foot band does the same. I'm staying with Lufkin.

I'm used to using Fat Max tapes when measuring roofs. I was happy to use my new 40ft band; This is the first time I've used one for so long. I finally took it out of the box after using my old one for a few weeks and decided it was time to try this one. I pulled it out and pushed it to the edge of the roof. So far, so good. Then I went to remove the tape and it came back very quickly. I couldn't slow it down fast enough and now the tape flexes within the first two inches. Now the tape is stuck…
