⛽️ Stant OE Equivalent Fuel Cap: Precision-engineered for Optimal Performance Review

Probably exactly the same as the real Stant but came in Car Quest Box with part number 10623. 1978 International Scout II, not California.

The rubber gasket on my '72 GMC gas cap was worn out and I had to replace it to match the look of the truck. The Stant OE cap has a classic chrome head to match perfectly, PLUS its heavy duty design vacuum seals. Make no mistake!

UPDATE! The lining is thin and thin. I need to smooth it out before putting it back on to make sure it doesn't stray there. The OE cover has a gasket-like material that works well. It has a very thin and fragile rubber material. Previous Review: Fits snugly on my '69 GMC. Looks nice. Ideal.

Fits my 1963 Case 430 tractor. The outside diameter is not much larger than the diameter of the tank's filler neck (the cap that came on it was about an inch larger than the diameter). It fits snugly (the old cap was carelessly untied) and will hopefully keep fuel from spilling out when I'm working on a steep incline.

Perfect fit for my 67 C10. The only downside is that there are no protrusions/knurls on the OD to ensure a good grip when removing or installing. Not negative for the product itself. I should have thought of that when I bought it. As you can see from the photo it is smooth. It also looks really good on the vehicle!

Bought 2 of these. The first didn't fit. Bought a second one from Revain at a much better price and the description said it would fit my car. It fits perfectly. Both caps are Stant and have the same part number, but one fits and the other doesn't. I don't see any visible difference. The chrome finish is quite matte and doesn't look like the photos at all. It still looks better than the dented cap he replaced.

This is the best cover for my 1970 Chevy C10. I have tried a few Motorad caps and was disappointed in the fact that their caps did not vent the gas tank and caused serious problems. Right now my son uses my gas cap on his 70 C30 because his gas cap did the same. He's waiting for the lockdown version and then I'll get my hat back!
