Not worth the money.

According to my experience, this product doesn't live up to its advertised performance. It's supposed to regulate engine temperature, but instead always ran hot, causing my car to overheat.

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Does not regulate engine temperature properly.

Opens 180 degrees

Do it right and exactly 180 degrees. Yes, I checked the exact temperature, not because I wanted to, but because my Kia didn't like operating at the temperature it was supposed to be. The old thermostat was probably fine too, but in my frustration I took it out and threw it away, thinking I'd just got the best of my beast.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons

1993 Dodge Stealth Best in Thermostats

Revain says this thermostat (Stant 13868) will work on a 1993 Dodge Stealth ES. Either I have a faulty thermostat or this thermostat will not fit a 1993 Stealth. I took my car to the dealer to have this thermostat installed and after they installed it they said it was wrong and would overheat the car. Do not purchase this product if you are looking to replace your stealth thermostat. I also believe that Dodge Stealths and Mitsubishi 3000GTs from 1992 thru 1999 use the same thermostat, so don't…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I'll write later
