Very good product. I would rate it 5 stars except the remote only works if you are within 1-2 feet of the controller. I hooked it up to my lighted Christmas tree with no problems. It's much more comfortable to have some kind of movement in the light than to be "on" all the time. No problems so far, although I've only had the controller for a few days. I've done away with all incandescent lights, including Christmas lights, and switched to miniature LED Christmas tree lights. I've always loved the way the original twinkle lights flicker, but many LED lights don't flicker. What to do? Enter StarDazzle! A little pricey but from the blister pack it's amazing! After reading the negative reviews, I didn't dare to order a controller either. However, after using the controllers, I wonder why people leave such negative reviews. I ordered 2 of these. I have 2 C7 outdoor LED strings. A 220 all red pears. The other 220 are all green pears. I connected them so that every 6 inches is a red bulb, then a green, then a red, and so on. I put a controller in each row. I found a few settings I could live with. Both fuses blew within 10 minutes. There are no additional fuses, although the advertisement says so. They are designed with 400 watts each. My LEDs are basically watts each. So what happened?
