Description of Starrett C11MEH 300 COMBINATION SQUARE

Cast iron head with black wrinkle finish. Graduation: 1/2mm and 1/32" one side; mm and 1/64" reverse side. Square blade easy-to-read, sharp graduation. Bearing surface is accurately ground.

Not square, not accurate, not reliable

As a result of using this product, i found that the measurements were consistently off by a noticeable margin making it nearly impossible to trust. The blade and head were not properly aligned, causing issues with accuracy, which was extremely frustrating in the middle of a project.The only benefit was the comfortable grip on the handle. Overall, I would not recommend this product for anyone who values precision in their carpentry work..

Very accurate and easy to read

Excellent. Very accurate and easy to read. This is clearly a cut above the average you'll buy at your local hardware store. I can measure to the nearest millimeter - yes, I use metric and imperial systems, but metric is easier to work with. :-)
