Precision rule with inch and millimeter graduations for measuring in woodworking, carpentry, and machining applications. Graduations in 32nds of an inch and half millimeters on one side and 64ths of an inch and millimeters on the opposite side are photo engraved for accuracy and staggered in a height pattern for readability. Spring-tempered stainless steel body construction is fully flexible for durability and flexibility. Satin chrome finish for readability and rust resistance.

Particular caution is required when transporting precision instruments!

The 4 star rating is not on the product itself - it is excellent. What bothers me is the shipping method. While the rule is sound, if thrown in a box with two other items and no extra padding, it could fall through along with two other items, one of which weighed several pounds. This is a precision gauge and would be useless if it arrived bent or damaged in any way.
