I had a serious electrical problem using this StarTech PDU. The heart of the problem is that 14 of the 16 outlets in the block suddenly lost 120V power. These photos were taken after I wiped them with rubbing alcohol and folded back the mounting tab. The box is undamaged but could have been caused during transport.
