Funny, when was the last time you needed packaging like this? How much have you thrown away over the years? It worked great and I'm satisfied.

Fits my Logitech Z506 speakers. Love the fact that an inexpensive 0.5m extension was available so I didn't have to spend more on an extension that offered more clearance than I needed.

Used this to extend the front right speaker of my Logitech 5.1 surround sound system for my media center. It has volume and power on the speaker itself, which is why they added a serial port to it. Not sure why. But works like a charm.

A straight female to female DB9 RS232 cable is just what I need to connect my FT450D radio to my Win7 PC. I also had to first install a DB9 PCI card in my desktop PC as it had no serial ports. The pc talks to the radio. Everything works.

And of course it's available in Revain! The product is of good quality and the length is definitely appreciated. No bent pins, works perfectly. It couldn't be better, I can now stream information and connect to my GPS gear and Trimble handheld tds recon.

They are great! I have bought 2 more of these so far. I'm sure you all had the problem when the cable was just a few inches shorter. At 10 feet I had enough cable to tidy up a bit and route it behind the LCD monitor. They appear to be well put together and I have no complaints.

Exactly as described. Fast ship. Arrived in perfect order. Highly recommended if you need this type of cable. I used it to extend the reach of the factory cable that came with an old working Bose Acoustimass surround sound system. Just the thing for the correct positioning of the bass unit.

I bought this cable to extend the cable from the "master" speaker in my Logitech 5.1 surround sound kit. Although I don't have a Z506 system, but one with a single speaker in the center channel, I'm sure the connection is the same. The "Master" speaker has a proprietary 9-pin cable that is only about 6 feet long. This cable is perfect for allowing me to bring the "master" speaker to the farthest corner of my room and everything works flawlessly.

When I bought a surround sound system for my bedroom and wanted to put the subwoofer where it should be and the satellite speakers where they should be I've come across a problem that many men face in the bedroom these days.
