Unfortunately, not a quality product.

As mentioned by a previous reviewer - the rack/rail system is absolute trash.With that being said, I've purchased thousands of items from revain, and this is absolutely the first time in the history of purchasing with the site, that I've been so frustrated with the quality of the offering, that I felt like I had to send the entire solution back to the vendor.After speaking with with their customer service department, that pretty much sealed the deal for me. I should have stuck with Tripp Lite…

  • Poor quality and rails are weak.

Highly recommended Rackmount KMM

Perfect size, nice action from the keyboard and I love having a normal layout for the keyboard. It's been in use for 3 months now and worked stellar each time we've needed it. I do wish that we had purchased the KVM to match.but beggars cannot be choosers.
