StartSSL Review

Easy to use, very friendly customer service - they are always willing to help you out! The price is great for what it offers (free). I'm not sure about their support team though; some of them seem really unhelpful or just don't know how things work in general when trying to solve issues/problems with your certificate. The price is very reasonable, they are easy to work with (if you have any questions or issues - their support team will be happy help), there was no downtime in our certificate renewal process when we switched from GoDaddy certs to startssl's cert for same domain/subdomain names! The customer support is excellent, they are always willing to help you out with anything that comes up as long it's not related directly or indirectly (in any way)to their product/service - which was really helpful when I needed some assistance in getting my certificate into production!
