This was a great system to incorporate our EMS training into. It was convenient to use and was easy to set up and train with using the video tutorials. It is very straight forward. They have a limited selection of training modules. For the amount of money we paid for the system, there should have been more modules with more content to choose from. The ability to create custom dashboards, track issues within your agency by department or call type/category etc., allow you to create an entire system in one place! I would love if it could be used as part of our CSPO program (Crisis Stabilization Protocol Officer) that allows us to have access to all calls from any incident across multiple agencies at once with real time updates when they are available!!
