The ability to create custom dashboards, track issues within your agency by department or call type/category etc., allow you to create an entire system in one place! I would love if it could be used as part of our CSPO program (Crisis Stabilization Protocol Officer) that allows us to have access to all calls from any incident across multiple agencies at once with real time updates when they are available!! This has been very helpful during large scale disasters such as hurricanes where we can see what other departments need assistance too quickly so their teams don't get overwhelmed.
