The ease to get around, as it's easy enough for newbies like myself who are not very tech savvy at all! I like how easy it was to create my own custom graphs, as well as being able to see what other people have created for their clients or employers! The interface could be much more user friendly if they had better tutorials available in addition to the API documentation included with each request you make (which can take some getting used too).
