🐾 STAUB One Size Stainless Steel Cast Iron Animal Knob: Add a Touch of Whimsy to Your Cookware! Review

Full disclosure: I have no dust. I got the hog version for my 6 liter house and it fits great, looks great, is "handier" and easier to grip with potholders than a regular shaped handle.

Added in Small Dust Dutch Over. Easy to grab. Stays slightly cooler than the brass handle it comes with so the oven mitt/pot holder isn't superfluous when left on the hob for long periods of time. I love to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. it's just "a little bit happy".

The chicken handle was a great addition to our 20cm Dutch Staub oven. It looks and feels exactly how we expected it to. Since the screw was included, I was able to install it shortly after it arrived. (Yes, you'll need a Phillips screwdriver.) We're perfectly happy with this and have already ordered another animal grip for our other dust.

I love my Staub Dutch Ovens - I have two and love the standard handles but they give it that extra charm. The snail is so cute and very French! I have a Le Cruset 9qt and I HATE the standard stainless steel handle. I was so glad the Staub grips fit Le Cruset too! No more struggling to lift the pot. The snail hutch is large and very easy to reach. Really good buy.

Very happy with the real pigsty, very well made and finished, however there are two things to share: 1. The cost of this pen was much higher than the bull pen company , which was a bit confusing. I wouldn't have bought it without the gift.2. The half inch handle screw was too short for a standard dutch pot lid, a replacement screw wasn't expensive, it was just a hassle to find a replacement with a 1 inch screw.
