The box was broken. - Drills

The drills themselves are fine, no rust or anything but the box was broken and could have been done better, looks like it's just a glued sheet of plywood. I've only used one tip so far and it was sharp, but it was disappointing to have a box that now somehow needs to be replaced.

Pros
  • Wooden storage box included
Cons
  • Very expensive

Returned item arrived defective (rusty)

If it weren't a gift I wouldn't be bothered by the discoloration which turned out to be superficial rust. However, it was a gift and I immediately returned it for a full refund. Unfortunately they didn't send me a prepaid label so I lost $10 to send it back.

Pros
  • Sawtooth construction
Cons
  • Discontinued model

Had to send back Metal drill rusted in box

Item looked good, shipping was good based on previous reviews. When I opened the sealed wooden box, I found that all the finished drill bits in the box were starting to rust. Upon investigation, it turned out that the worker had never used an oiled rag to remove fingerprints from metal. The rest of the marks were fingerprints. If from the drill the metal in the box began to rust. They seem to get rusty and discolored after a short time in the store. Low quality metal rusts so easily NO THANKS

Pros
  • Saw teeth
Cons
  • Requires socket
