▶ 0.91 INCH OLED Display: Resolution is 128x32, Very Clear, Black background with blue text display, this OLED is compatible with all raspberry pi, such as Pi 1/Pi2/Pi3/Pi zero. ▶ The PiOLED comes with a monochrome 128x32 OLED, with blue pixels. The OLED uses only the I2C pins so you have plenty of GPIO connections available for buttons, LEDs, sensors, etc. It's also nice and compact so it will fit into any case. ▶ Comes completely pre-assembled and tested so you don't need to do anything but plug it in and install our Python code. ▶ Document link https://github.com/IOT-MCU/IIC-Pi-OLED/wiki. 2PCS link is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TWJR7L9. ▶ How to email us? Exactly what Pi ordered!

I have only recently used this on my Raspberry Pi W build, it works exactly as described with minimal disruption to the current case. I found it easier to use than I first thought. Thank you for offering this quality at such a good price.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Socket required

Ease of use: Single board computer

Everything worked as stated on the Adafruit page! Just connect it to the raspberry pi as directed on the website and use their code and you'll have a new display in no time :)

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • No machine

Great for computer components

at All you need to do is download the software shown on the product page and you are good to go. To run at boot add the application to rc.local. The only problem is the "feature" of OLED displays. There is burnout. So don't keep it running 24/7 and add a screensaver feature (black on white and then white on black). If your Raspberry Pi doesn't have a header, you'll need to add one. Only the first 6 pins are required. PiOLED gives you a good idea of what's going on inside your Raspberry Pi.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • ---

Works great on computer components

Needed a way to test the output and didn't want to SSH into the Pi every time to test it. It was a simple and elegant solution. Works perfectly! I plan on buying a few more of these just to have on hand, they are so useful.

Pros
  • Full set
Cons
  • Empty

Instructions outdated and broken

Instructions for setting up the device outdated and broken. Your best bet is to buy the original from Adafruit and save yourself hours of headaches.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • A long time ago
