Not the perfect size. Parts of it may need to be sanded to fit the k321. The metal used is of very poor quality. I've replaced two of these in my k321 so far, but this is the only one I've found. So do what you have to do. It works and works well, just make sure you're always stocked with oil. If this thing even thinks, when worn out it will break into 1000 pieces and have you working for hours again. Again, it works, it needs sanding to fit the mower, but it's not the best.
