Ordered this along with a stereo install kit for my '94 Chevy. Looks good and true to size. I have a ham radio installed in mine and this is the perfect depth for it. Will also work to install cb.

Removing an old useless radio was a breeze but putting in a new slot was a breeze - wish it was deeper - perfect for my blue tooth speaker that I use carry with me when I'm out in the mountains and my dogs are chasing me.

Not bad but could be a bit deeper for storing items. Installation went well, no problems. If you have a pickup for your daily driver, you can use all available storage space. Overall I give this remote pocket 4 stars.

Installation went fine. Adds a nice pit for certain items. Do not put heavy objects inside that could fly out under hard braking. I was hoping it would fit my iPhone 6s but it's too small. It includes other things, though, and is a huge improvement over a standard stereo that doesn't do anything. Highly recommended.

Precise fir for my stock 1992 K2500 cab. I painted the textured exterior trim with Duplicolor paint to match my dash. I didn't have an issue with the depth as I won't be using it to store anything. I just wanted something to fill the gap after removing the main unit. But it didn't seem small, but I don't know what I would put in there anyway.

I used this on an '89 Chevy 3500 pickup. Installing a secondary stereo renders the factory EQ useless. So why not store junk on the dashboard?! In fact, I drilled through the back of mine and put a 2 5/8" socketed tachometer in - with the socket mount on the side. It worked great and was a pretty clean install that didn't require me tearing up the dashboard! All in all a great purchase and if I had to repeat this setup I would definitely buy it again!
