Starna - great for cross-source data collection

We've been using Starna for almost 5 years now, mainly as an aggregator to our consumer data sources (AirBnB etc). They also have great support team who are able to offer valuable insight into how certain features should be implemented within our system. There has not really anything I can think about that is bad! If you're looking at this because your considering switching platforms then definitely look elsewhere - we use it primarily due to its ability to pull from multiple APIs in one place…

Pros
  • We are able to pull down a ton of new data sources for our customer acquisition campaigns
Cons
  • Their support team is great and their data quality team is helpful, but I've never dealt with them as I don't use them frequently enough

Robust User Friendly Platform That Gets The Job Done

There is nothing that I dislike about this product, it's easy to use & has helped us solve our problems when creating an effective tool for website visitors to find what they are looking for without having to navigate multiple pages or search through menus. We have been able to create many more interactive features than we would be capable of doing if using other programs. It allows me as a user-friendly interface so my team can easily access all needed information in one place at once time…
