We've been using Starna for almost 5 years now, mainly as an aggregator to our consumer data sources (AirBnB etc). They also have great support team who are able to offer valuable insight into how certain features should be implemented within our system. There has not really anything I can think about that is bad! If you're looking at this because your considering switching platforms then definitely look elsewhere - we use it primarily due to its ability to pull from multiple APIs in one place without having to write any code ourselves- but there's certainly other competitors out there if thats what floats your boat. Our main focus right now is pulling data from AirBNB but we do occasionally run searches by hotels or flights when things aren't available through airbnb.
