Big disappointment.

It is unassembled and looks like a piece to be placed in the center of a dining table. I just left the bottom part and put it on the tablecloth. Put mini candles and two grenades inside. After Thanksgiving I will think about giving it away.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No paint required

Great presentation!

I've been looking for something to go with my largest glass dome and I think it works really well. I am always changing my displays and this pedestal has a nice large surface area to play with my arrangements. It was the perfect piece for my garden room/dining table. I love it!

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Anything I can add

You are taking a risk if you buy

The 'base' I wrote has ribs on BOTH ends so I found metal ribs on the bottom. "Wood" has an ugly green cast. They lied when they said it doesn't require assembly and they didn't provide any screws either. Worst product at Revain because you don't really know what you distinguish as a 'bad' experience from a 'good' experience because at least they recorded the correct base, screws and no green top. Sad!

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Only available in black

Not worth it cheap

So first off it was two pieces ok that's weird but whatever I collect Ikea furniture I can put it together. Pros: I honestly don't like anything about it. Cons: Cheap and ultra light wood comes in two pieces, no pilot holes on the bottom to easily center the metal stand. Look at the staples they used to assemble the thing, not worth the money. no worries.

Pros
  • Quality build
Cons
  • Long delivery time

The smart man does it himself

Don't expect a heavy/strong product. It may be a good size for the midsection, but it's fragile. The "wood" panel is soft on top, almost like foam. This is so the tiny screws can slide to attach the table stand. I agree the picture can be a bit misleading but don't overdo your expectations. If you want to use it as is and don't want to be fiddly when it arrives, I wouldn't buy it. I used twine and attached it to the countertop stud to remove the metallic look. Looks really good.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • boring packaging

Great pedestal! suitable for candle holders and candlesticks

I took a risk with this stand and am very happy about it. The photo of the instructions shows that the protrusions are bent back. This is because you bend them back so they lie flat once they arrive. I bent them back without a fight. I passed my time and there were no problems. There are no pre-drilled pilot holes, so I recommend using a ruler to make sure you're centered, turning the base upside down, marking the holes with a pen, and using an electric drill to make the pilot holes . I used…

Not very strong candles and candlesticks

First you need to assemble this part. It's not clear in the description but they send you a screwdriver, wooden tray top and metal pedestal base. The top is of course quite flimsy and I was afraid that if I pressed hard to screw the base in it would break, it already had cracks. There are three slots in the base for attaching to the top, but they are crooked and need to be attached to someone, not me because. I'm not a locksmith, I would have to "rotate" them flat and level to use the small…

Pros
  • Very impressive

  • Some disadvantages

Missing parts - incomplete

The item itself looks great and it would be even better if it arrived either assembled as shown in the picture or with the necessary screws to join the two parts together. must determine what size and length of screws are needed and take an extra trip to purchase them and then assemble the part. It shouldn't be required. If this is required, it is very important to state this at the top of the description. It was also very difficult to find the center of the part and figure out where to make…

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • too dull
