Underwhelming Upgrade for Automotive Brakes

This brake system failed to live up to its advertised potential. Despite being marketed as a performance upgrade, it didn't provide much of an improvement over the stock brakes. On the plus side, installation was straightforward. But overall, the lackluster performance made this purchase a disappointment.

Great performance for a pad that works on the track

These pads were phenomenal on the track in my Integra. I was worried it was a road link but they had no problems with my 205 tires and serious late punctures.

1. Gaskets are made of thin, inferior sheet metal. I compared them to $30 Advance AutoParts Gold pads and was amazed to see how cheap and flimsy they were in comparison. One of the pads on the pad actually came off in my hand. There was also a piece missing because it wasn't properly packed in the box. I can't imagine how terrible Stoptech Street pads are when they're supposed to be "sporty". .2. The only "sporty" feature of these rubbers is the price. Complete plagiarism. Save money and go to…
