I really thought it was PPF

I thought it was and now I want it to really be a PPF tape. That's probably the same price. It's actually more like duct tape. It probably didn't say it was duct tape. Leaves wrinkles when applied. Second, when applied to the rubber surface near the feet/entrance inward from the door, it actually peels off the rubber surface when removed. It was a little strange. I live in Canada and ordered Revain in the US for the price. unfortunately I can't go back

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • No automatic

Tacky, difficult to cut and only good for flat straight edges

I've only used or applied it to the edge of the door sill where it meets the carpet. I have dogs, and despite all the seat covers, dog hair falls onto the carpet in the car. I don't feel comfortable applying it elsewhere on my car as I'm not sure it will mark. Heat and duration are displayed. No way would I put it on the outside of the car. Who knows what he'll do with my paint. Terribly difficult to cut, and that's only for STRAIGHT FLAT EDGES. Too expensive for what it is. I will never buy…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Safety

Listen to other negative reviews. If your door is smooth and has few corners, this might work. In my case, the Ridgeline doors are too square and there are areas where the flex is too much for the tape to work smoothly. This left ripples in more extreme areas. Tried several times without success. I'll live with that for now, because it's better than nothing. However, note that this is not ideal. I don't know how long it will last, time will tell. I will update here if things change for the…

Not for me and maybe not for you.

I was expecting something more efficient and easier to work with, but was a bit disappointed.- It's not as thick as I expected, but looks like it can handle light scratches.+ Great idea, Easy to apply straight and flat lines - Terrible use for curved, round corners. Oh, these are our cars. - Cannot stand a heat gun and cannot be shaped like a vinyl sheet. - Looks ugly and very unprofessional. Only people with certain skills and experience can use it properly. - Expensive for what you get and…

Pros
