I have very curly hair and sometimes it's hard to manage. Today I tried the flat iron on my "dirty" hair. I had a ton of hairspray and it straightened up even after that mess. I had Paul Mitchell and it's just as good for a fraction of the price! Take it!

Honestly, this is the best straightener. It's better than my CHI straightener and my Jose Eber straightener. It can reach over 400 degrees. Often I just need a passport. It heats up fairly quickly and has an auto shut off feature if it hasn't been used for a while. If you have curly hair this is PERFECT. It also gives your hair a beautiful shine.

Great straightener! The long cable is great. It gets quite hot, which is certainly not bad, but start with a lower temperature to make sure you find the right temperature. this works with your hair. I'm so used to crappy straighteners that I set them to max on day one because they never seem hot enough to straighten my thick hair.

I'm tired of trying to get my old metal plate flat iron to do what it couldn't - make my hair smooth, straight and frizz-free. But this iron does it all in one go. I have straight hair but it is dry and colored and always looks fluffy and frizzy after drying no matter what moisturizer I use. I can't believe this iron makes a difference and I can't imagine a $200 model could do any better.
