This is a very good product, it is smooth and strong

This is a very good product, it is smooth and strong. He doesn't like etching because it changes the surface and is noticeably different.

The best for good archive work

This is the best board I have ever used. It's expensive enough that I don't want to use it for trivial things, just quality work. It's a bit harder to feed through my little printer, but it's fine for handwork (letter and line drawings). However, for standard work with normal quality, the 300 series is suitable and inexpensive.

Pros
  • Keeping my fists
Cons
  • Almost everything is

One of the best I've found for professional graphite painting.

Every artist loves their paper for a reason. This paper is by far the best for my graphic drawings. I like the thickness, allows you to wash often. This allows limited mixed media. I like to use colored pencil with my graphite and it resists spilling. It also frames well.

Pros
  • While satisfied
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Ideal for pen work

I use Micron and Gelly Roll pens for this paper. Its surface is extremely smooth and "hard", even more so than the 300 and 400 series (which I've also used). This keeps most of the ink on the surface of the paper, making it more visually appealing. '. So I am very satisfied with the processing of the product; I just want it to be in a square (not rectangular) format.

Pros
  • Bristol Paper & Vellum
Cons
  • So far so good

Good paper despite the low price. Light watercolor washes are not necessary as the paper will curl. The dry pencil technique and pastels work best. However, I would like to get a smaller area than 11x14. Other sizes were not offered. However, this is a good quality Bristol last. I recommend parchment for chalk, graphite, and pastel artists.

Pros
  • Drawing, painting and handicraft supplies
Cons
  • Requires a socket

Good paper but. Each sheet had 4 torn edges. not very noticeable until you look up close and see little flakes of paper on each edge. If you're looking for a little more trim, this rug might be for you. Typically only ONE edge needs to be trimmed and that is the top edge that attaches to the piping. Maybe this is a bad batch. Strathmore, if you're listening, please check the quality before sending these pads to your suppliers.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
