Great product but terrible company.

I love this company's products and it hurts to give such a low review. The pump of this product is defective. I tried to speak to the company about this issue. All I got was the same reply asking to report the damage in transit. When I explained that it was not damage in transit, I got the same answer that I should show the damage in transit.
