Installed on a 19ft trailer and died on first use. The engine and gearbox seem undervalued for a £4000 rating. Basically I pulled it in and stopped moving. The engine turned, but nothing happened. I installed this a year ago. I've used the trailer about 10 times in total. Tongue weight less than 1000 lbs. I was going to get my trailer off my truck and the jack's whole leg fell to the ground. Luckily the trailer was still on my truck. I can't imagine it happening while driving on the freeway. BEWARE! I sent the seller a warranty request but I expect to get the usual apologetic response.
