Magnets inside/outside 🧲

Had to buy more because someone liked mine so much they stole it from my tool box. So I had to buy more because there are great little magnets 🧲

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Some flaws

Good idea, bad design.

Plastic stickers attached to the side that fall off within the first week of use. If you ever manage to drop it more than 6 inches or so (if someone working next to you uses a hammer for example) the magnets' plastic cover will crack.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Protection

Perfect Squares for Welding

These squares are almost mandatory for me. I haven't worked on any project without them since I got them. The only point of criticism was a large torn sticker. Aesthetically, performance is not compromised. Don't give it less than 5 stars it definitely deserves it.

Pros
  • Use the hex hole on the magnet for the breakaway lever.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

They work well but won't hold 40 pounds.

I use magnetic L-brackets to hold the steel to the inside of the frame of a GMC '48 pickup. I'm boxing for power after a V8 conversion. They say 40 pounds. Holding power, I'm talking 20-25 pounds, is still better than nothing when trying to model a project.

Pros
  • Use the mounting holes to attach two magnets together and use as fasteners.
Cons
  • I'll add later
