Fragile Metal Case - Electric Drill Parts & Accessories

To be honest I haven't used any drills yet, but if the metal case they come in is any indication, I'm not expecting much. The metal case is cheaply made. When I opened the box, half of the drills were in there. The case is so poorly constructed that the bits will not stay in their sockets during transport. I really hope the beats themselves are worth it.

Pros
  • Black/Gold Finish
Cons
  • Unreliable

Nice beat set. for short drill bits

Nice bit set. Used them to drill out some broken exhaust manifold bolts with an angle drill. Like all other bits, they get longer as the bit size increases. I had to trim the stock to the last size I used to get in the right area. Don't run them too fast on the metal, it will burn them out. I don't think they're the sharpest standard bits I've ever used, but I've sharpened them with a drill and they drill much better. Overall good beats.

Pros
  • 135 degree split point, fully ground, self centering, short length
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Very good drill set

Nice and sharp. Needed a small size for use on CNC milling machines. These fit the bill perfectly! So far I've drilled a few holes (at least 70+) with the same sized bit and it's still sharp! It should be noted that I used coolant when drilling. I've used at least 4 other sizes, all the same size, all with the same result! I liked them so short and with a 135 degree split point that they don't "wander" but really "real" go in. These drills save me time because I don't have to center the pilot…

Pros
  • Neatly arranged in a metal case, indexed drills
Cons
  • Slightly chipped
