I've had this backpack for a few months now and take it to tennis clubs and other tennis games weekly. It fits 2 tennis rackets, but it can get tight. I like the roomy pockets, especially the small pocket on the front that I put my phone in during a game. My water bottle is safely stowed in the side pocket. Tennis balls in main compartment, wallet and keys in lower front pocket. The backpack is comfortable and light, I used it as a normal backpack without a racket in tow.

Overall the design is good in terms of size and some features. But a few things will improve it for future iterations. First, the side pockets for water bottles are too small. Don't keep the big ones. Second, it would be nice to be able to access the bottom shoe pocket from the outside and not have to get it through the top of the bag. This bag only fits 1 racquet. Most of the time I only go with one racquet but it's a bit annoying that you can't pack two racquets in your tennis bag which was advertised as a two racquet tennis bag. Also this is a great bag, love the shoe compartment and the fact that there is a zipper that separates it from the rest of the bag and the front pocket can hold a new can of balls or lots of balls from a can. So initially I was very happy with this purchase. It's very well built, has lots of pockets and space... BUT the water bottle holders are utterly useless. They're loose and don't have a spring or safety straps to hold them in place, so the bottles fall out as soon as you put the pack on or when you take it off your back.
