Robust housing. Light. Seems very well done. does the job.

I have needed a torque wrench for many years and now I have it. The device comes with a calibration certificate, but I have no way of verifying it myself. I can adjust the torque and tighten and it does what I expect. Sunex makes quite a number of these and now I'm thinking about buying a larger model for some bigger jobs like trailer attachments and the like. I rarely come across specific torque settings, but now I'm ready to deal with them.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Something different

Large Torque Wrench

I ordered this 60T torque wrench to add to my tool bag that I keep in my car. It's amazing how such a small torque wrench can come at such a high price. Although this is a really high quality key. It comes with a personal carry case which is nice but may not be needed. The button has an audible click and pulse. It has a dual range in pounds and Nm. The aluminum handle is good and helps with grip. The action is incredibly smooth. This is a small but powerful high quality torque wrench. I would…

A handy addition to any toolbox...

I knew I wasn't technical enough to use this wrench but my son might. What he thinks of the wrench: This torque wrench is a nice addition to your tool box. This is a small torque wrench (1/4" socket, 10-50 in-lbs). The beauty of this wrench is that it lists both metric and standard units. No need for those pesky unit conversions! for use with smaller bolts that you may find on bikes or small cars. The wrench comes with a certificate of calibration which may be required by certain stores. The…

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

This is a quality torque wrench with a precision 60 tooth ratchet that allows you to set the torque value in either inch pounds or Newton meters. The latter option is especially useful when dealing with European motorcycles or cars. This wrench isn't as easy to use as my Venzo torque wrench, but it's more accurate and offers much finer torque adjustment. The main benefit of this torque wrench is the ability to set the units to inches, pounds or Newton meters eliminating the need for a…

  • Outstanding All Round Performance

High quality 1/4 " torque wrench

This small 1/4" torque wrench from Sunex is ideal for small screws where precise tightening is required. I struggle with stripping thin nuts and bolts because specs like 28 pounds are hard to pinpoint unless you're a seasoned pro. I'm wrong, this torque wrench was a big help to me. The handle is rated in both ft-lbs and Newton-meters and can go up to 50 in-lbs, which is about as much as you want for a 1/4-inch tool. The tool comes in a relatively inexpensive but protective plastic case and the…
