Does not fit my McGard locks

Does NOT fit my McGard wheel locks. The taper is insufficient to grasp the nut. The seller accepted the return without any problems.

does not work in tires and wheels

This article was not what I thought. I ended up buying a protrusion removal tool from the manufacturer. Revine happily gave me a loan.

Make sure you know what you need. .

Good tool, but only suitable for very few locks. I ended up buying a professional kit for a lot more but it goes with everything found in our store. McGard is the largest manufacturer of wheel locks.

Pros
  • Accessories and spare parts for wheels
Cons
  • The list is long.

Wrong size for my McGuard wheel locks - 1/2-20 thread on Jeep Wrangler.

Will not fit McGuard wheel locks that are approximately 3/4" diameter. The tool ID is large. I ended up using a 3/4" 1/2" Craftsman 12 point Socket to remove the Mcguard wheel locks Sunex quality looks good.

Doesn't work on Chevy Avalanche

Couldn't get this to work even with a bump and a 30 gallon air tank. Maybe it could work if I had a much bigger compressor. However, once fully driven in, the locknut is ideal for a 22mm 12 point head to be successfully driven in and removed.
