Description of ⚙️ Sunex SUN216ZB 1/2-Inch Drive 12-Point Head Bolt Socket with 1/2-Inch Head Size

4” length reaches past cam and rocker assembly to service head bolts. Thin profile sockets will reach through the access hole and past overhead camshaft. Additional high torque applications include removal and installation of driveline bolts on most vehicles. Forged from Cr-Mo alloy steel for long life.

Total waste of money

When I tried this product on my automotive project, the socket just kept slipping off the bolt. It was frustrating to use and ended up slowing down my work. The only pro was that it looked nice, but that's hardly worth anything when it doesn't even do its intended job. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality tool set instead.

Pros
  • Looks nice
Cons
  • Slips off bolts constantly.

A very powerful tool! Best in Tools and Equipment

Powerful tool! The torque required for bolts with a head this small and 12 points on top of that is ridiculous. But this tool survived! Great job guys!

Pros
  • 4" length reached cam and rocker arm assembly for head bolt servicing
Cons
  • Upgrades

Good price, great product.

This is a very good product. I use it daily to mount drive shafts on trailers and vans. I almost bought a flex head but I prefer a straight one piece because it's easier to use with a torque wrench.

Pros
  • Forged from chrome molybdenum alloy steel for long life
Cons
  • Some disadvantages
