This is an addition to the previous review. I originally gave them 3 stars. Pinhole lets light through and is difficult to remove. It's been less than a year and neither of the two shades I bought are working. Probably only two dozen taps and not a single rollback

These aren't TERRIBLE blinds but they just looked cheap and had little black dots and the edges were a little frayed and I thought it would actually be better to order better blinds even if they cost a bit more, so i went back. I would say that they are a bit below the average blind.

The blind was purchased, installed and never worked properly. When I contacted the seller they said to adjust the screw on the side of the unit which we did but it didn't work. When I asked for a replacement, the seller said they only had black in stock and would be happy to send me the black shade. I bought the white umbrella. I want the hue changed to the color I bought.

Item arrived defective. The umbrella won't stay on the stand and ALL MARINE came out ALREADY. Of course they sold me a returned defective item that arrived over a week and now I have a window without a cover because I don't know how long. The instructions are also stupid, a piece of paper that says that you have to mount the hardware. on the side and when you attach the support the opposite is true. I spent all morning fixing this crap. Do not buy. Or you may receive a returned defective item.

I kept buying these curtains because they were great - up to a point. They changed the braces they use for some reason (the old ones worked great!) and now they are very unstable and weak. water colors them. You read that right. I accidentally splashed them with water and they never came off. All 3 are painted. With water. I tried wiping with a clean cloth but the stain got bigger. An absolute shame - I have 3 pre the ones with issues I love but the other 3 (6 total) are quite a disappointment.

The first one I bought arrived at DOA - the feed mechanism is already broken! They sent it anyway! Got a free replacement - at least that much. That was at the end of October 2020. Now, 6 months later, the refill mechanism has also broken. I can still put it down and if I grab a screwdriver every morning I can screw it back in. So all is not lost. Haha! But who wants that, right? ! Is that all we can expect? Of cheap Chinese goods, probably, yes, that's all. 6 months and then it's time to throw

I bought 2 beige blackout blinds on 11/23/2020 and received them on 11/27/2020. I installed them immediately. You are excellent! They are durable, work well and we are very satisfied. November 29 ordered a different shade, but white. I was expecting the same tint but got a lighter tint and an inferior tint instead. I just got around to installing it today.
