🚴 Sunlite Bike Tube, 700x18-23 (27x1) with 32mm PRESTA Valve Review

I happily replaced my tubes after not being able to ride for a while due to a recent move and it took 13 miles to rupture the tube. 13 miles is all this pipe gave me before I got an apartment. I was hopeful after reading the reviews but I didn't have to go cheap with my gut. Don't buy this pipe.

It was a relatively cheap tube so a lucky find. This was actually the first time I've used and installed an inner tube with a Presta valve. The construction of the tube is well done and the quality is quite high. The only problem I have (not a big problem) is that the valve was sharper than expected after opening, so be careful. I've been on the same probe for several months and have no major complaints!

I bought 4 tubes from Niagara Cycle Works and 2 of them were defective. 1 had a flat tire right out of the box. I aired it on the outside of the tire to make sure it would hold air before installing it and it wouldn't hold air. Another was fitted and on the second attempt to fill it the presta valve broke. I bought 4 of these about a month ago. Long story short, ALL four had a tiny leak, less than a pinhole between the intake valve block and where it attaches to the base of the pipe. DO NOT buy these tubes. Of course the leak was very gradual and I couldn't find the cause until the last pipe died.
