Good bulbs that work properly

These bulbs work just like other MR16 bulbs we've bought in the past. As mentioned, some come with covers on the front to protect the lamp itself, while others don't. They don't have a glass or plastic lid. Any configuration is suitable for our application. We normally expect this type of lamp to last around 9 months, which is an average of just under 12 hours a day.

Waste of money - halogen bulbs

I like it for the brightness of the bulb but found it very odd that the glass was missing from the top of the bulb. My other halogens from other manufacturers have glass on top and are therefore completely closed. And one thing to note about halogens is that you can't put your fingerprints on the actual part that delivers the light. So I'm at a loss and wondering if this bulb is designed for that or if it's defective. However, this bulb is not durable. I had it for 3 months and now it doesn't…
