💡 Energy-Efficient Sunlite SLG9/G25/30K G25 Globe 9W CFL Bulb - Warm White, Medium Base Review

This fluorescent clone GE g25 Globe was priced right. However, this doesn't exactly match the nearly circular shape of the GE version. The Sunlite lamp has a slight protrusion at the base, which makes it stick out a bit higher, making it less attractive as a makeup lamp.

I've bought a dozen of these vanity lights. After a little over a year, 8 of these lamps stopped working or gave off a very weak light. And these lanterns are not used for almost three hours a day. Far from advertised 7 years 3 hours a day. After looking at the original information, I don't see any warranty information. I would stay away from these.

Recently moved to a new house and replaced incandescent bulbs with LEDs. I couldn't find the globe style LEDs in my bathrooms so I decided to give CFLs a try. I used to use CFLs and got used to the fact that they take time to put out the maximum amount of light they are capable of. I bought this bulb and a GE 61353 at the same time and the Sunlite bulb takes about 3-4 times longer than the GE to get decent brightness. These lamps are perfect for our bathroom. The slightly longer neck is perfect for our dressing tables. Lamps that do not have the extra length will fit snugly and cause the lamps to overheat. The price is right and the color is great. When I first left it on and saw the light, my first thought was that I left the window open.
