Not True Red Paper - Paper

I ordered this paper for making valentines. Although it's heavy, it's not red. More of a brownish orange. I am providing a photo of the paper I ordered (still in the packaging) over a piece of real red construction paper that I already have. Hope that helps.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Damaged

Great price but no craft paper. I will buy again.

This is not colored paper. It's good paper, a little heavier than carbon paper. But it doesn't have the texture of thick paper. VALUE. Great Value! The grandchildren love to paint. I will buy again. But if you specifically need construction paper, this is not the case.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Nice paper though. the best in paper and papercraft

It's not the heavy paper we used to have as kids, it's not that heavy and fibrous. But it's more than just printer paper. I would say something between carbon paper and cardboard. If you're looking for old-school construction paper, keep looking. However, this is suitable for older children who are not prone to damaging the paper when creating.

It's not colored paper

It's not as thick as good colored paper. and the color is also creamy white. I do a lot of crafting and studying with my daughter and this cream paper, texture and color didn't do me any good. I would have returned but was too quick to tear open the bag it came in. I'm attaching a photo, I was expecting it to be a bit like cardboard paper, but I didn't even like the color of the parer. the lighter one in the picture is astrobirght cardstock paper and

Don't waste your money

I'm an art teacher and have used many different brands of paper and this thick paper is terrible. The texture of the paper is not suitable for drawing. It is difficult to get an even, solid color with Crayola crayons (good quality crayons). It soaks up the marker like a sponge, makes any color very dark, and uses up my markers' ink very quickly. I have seen coloring books with better quality paper. I haven't found a single material this paper would be good for - maybe lining a bird cage?

Disappointingly good for tinkering

What a disappointment. I ordered this because my son is very into drawing and crafts and then carving his creations. To do this, he fetched paper from our copier. So I bought him this pack of white "construction paper" to cut off his lost copy paper and give him something hard but not too hard to work with and cut. This item is nothing but carbon paper as another reviewer mentioned here. When my son draws on it, it curls, especially when he cuts out his drawing - the edges just curl and curl. I
