The stainless steel strainer is great. That's why I give 5 stars here. But I would only give 1 star for the packaging. The screen was NOT packaged in a cardboard box, it was simply thrown into a large plastic postal bag. There was no FRAGILE marking. When I opened the package, the screen was crushed. With a little persuasion, I was able to change its shape.

I am very happy with this purchase. The net is well made and very easy to clean. It's just the right size for my needs. It is well suited for sifting baking ingredients or for draining 1-2 portions of pasta, vegetables etc. at a time. For the price, this product is excellent value for money! I would buy it again or highly recommend it to a friend or family member.

It's a good strong product but the balance of putting it on a cup and leaving it alone isn't very good; You have to keep it. My previous one had an equalizer on the filter part so it definitely stayed on the cup. This puts more weight on the hand and less on the round part of the filter, making it risky if you pour hot liquid into a cup without first holding it with your other hand.

I needed a new colander and found it at Revain. Wow! What a beautiful design, but more importantly, it works great. I make a lot of tapioca pudding and after soaking the tapioca overnight I use it to strain the water and get ready to make the pudding. It washes up in the sink and since it's dishwasher safe, you can throw it in the dishwasher. It always comes out clean and shiny. Excellent purchase.
