I've always had problems with my foot not slipping in the stirrup, they have greatly improved the position of my foot, I love them.

They are pretty good and will probably last longer than the pads which go in the fill hole and eventually break and pop out. I didn't give that five stars because I still think it's overpriced for what it is, but I have no problem using it.

My trainer recommended them to me because I lost my stirrup once or twice during class. The grip is GREAT, my heel feels secure and allows me to comfortably slide my heels a little further. Since then I haven't lost the stirrup and my feet stay in the right position/slip during my rides. Just be careful of the rubber (which is a bit sharp) to avoid scratching the saddle or leather.
