Works but I only bought it 6-7 months ago with minimal use, it's already worn out. The grinders are already falling off. The original DeWalt that came with the grinder has lasted for many years.

I bought this pad to replace my Sears sander. Sears couldn't sell me the part I wanted, so I bought this one. I had to redrill the holes to match the Sears model but it works fine. And when the time comes, I'll buy another one.

Replacement pad for my Dewalt RO grinder. I can get new grinding wheels that stay attached to the pad, but if the grinding wheel has been used more than once the velcro doesn't stick very well. So I feel like I'm wasting good grinding wheels that could still be used.

Well this is my second time buying these pads. Everything was fine the first time, the seal worked for about 9 months. I got the last one as soon as I took it out of the box. Velcro was almost non-existent. None of the sandpaper discs will stick to it. I will NOT buy again.

This worked as a direct replacement for the original (and worn out) pad on my Dewalt random orbit sander. It took me about five minutes to put this pad on my grinder. I tested it right away (and I've used the grinder several times after replacing it) and it works just as well as the original pad. For about ten bucks I was able to save my grinder from a dump!

Perfect match for my Dewalt grinder. It's the same material and design as the old one. I think some others have commented that they felt the velcro didn't work as well as the OEM, but my experience is that it's as good or even better. Haven't used it much yet but the pads I put on really stuck to the point where they were difficult to remove. Time will tell if it holds up but so far I'm quite impressed and the price is very reasonable.

I ordered these exact pads from this list and got 3 different products each time. It was a perfect fit the first time, great product. The second time I had to use a Forstner bit to cut the center hole wider to accommodate the metal base plate, although I re-ordered the same product. The third time I got METAL BACKED shims instead of plastic so I can't drill. it, and it's too small again. Completely inconsistent. I do not recommend this product

Product poorly finished Hard plastic only with foil to show the metal backing plate Hook material for gripping sandpads is missing almost very short even has hard to hold #220 sandpads. Had to modify the unit to work with my Ryobi grinder which is my fault all my grinders are 4 hole mounting plates which with a dose of drill and jig is easy talk nowhere near resembling a new DeWalt Orbital Grinder style is adjusted. With the previously seen sanding discs for all types or Velcro sanding discs…
