I bought the same tool as the previous reviewer and had the same problem. When I first used the tool, it cut through the internal gears.

I bought one and it worked fine at first but the end of the socket came loose; It's not as strong as a regular head and the tension has gone from maybe -10 inches per pound to maybe 50 inches per pound, it's not that high anyway.
