I love my excellent band very much. It really helps with the stretching and gets me into the ballet vibe. I just started ballet, I'm 24.5ft 9in, height 16 and flexible but not flexible, ballet lol. It was a great purchase and if it ever breaks or gives way I will buy it again.

Bought a superior ribbon for my 17 year old ballerina daughter. After just a few days of stretching with this band, she could already see a big difference from her normal flexible bands. So a better stretch and freedom of movement. This band is really good quality, not flimsy at all like other plastic bands. So happy a friend told us about it!

My daughter hasn't used it for a long time but so far it's been great. She has watched all the videos, they are the key to using this bracelet correctly so be sure to watch them and she has been able to hold her position in the class longer and her flexibility has increased. She started out by not being able to sit on the center split, and after two weeks she almost fell down completely.

The idea behind this band is great but the execution is a bit tricky. It slips off the ankle and foot (maybe the rubber/latex should be a little stickier, like a yoga mat?). Eventually my daughter gets tired of playing around with it and stops using it. Instead, she started using a yoga strap because it has a buckle that keeps the strap in place better. Maybe she would have gotten used to it if she practiced, but very soon she got frustrated with it.

Bought for my daughter 4 years ago when she was studying ballet. She loved it and used it but fast forward to today, I rolled around horribly for a week or more with plantar fasciitis, today I pulled it out and in minutes I felt significant relief.
