The first thing that struck me about this bulb is that it's really very smart. The simplicity of the design but the variety of features make this bulb great. The pear itself is small and rounded, slightly larger than a golf ball. The most ideal use, I think, would be a shielded lamp in a small space. I use this lamp at night to have a dim light when I'm coming home or watching TV, just enough to see what's around or after a grab another switch. Brightness and colors are good for this. The remote control is a nice feature and I think it's important to be able to control the color you want to display. Here's the main reason I'm only giving 3/5 stars.
