TLDR; Works perfectly. Unpack/check before use, otherwise they may overheat. The coil comes with a 1/4" male connector on one end and a 5" loose (red/black) wire soldered to the other end. I installed a few of these in my computer which is connected to the power supply with a molex connector. No issues other than poor glue quality and darkening of the epoxy. I had to find an alternative to fix the strips with superglue. The darkening of the coating is a mystery to me for beginners.
