Supershieldz Nintendo Switch Tempered Protector Scratch Review

This case is amazing. At first I thought it was cheap, flimsy and not very good. Once I fully installed it, I just fell in love with it! Perfect. Can be attached without any problems. Even my third party dock works, I just have to dock it very firmly. Joycons covers will not fit or work with stock controllers/joycon mounts. If it makes sense I bought a third party joycon/controller for my joycons.

So I got my 6 year old daughter a Switch for her birthday and figured a screen protector would be good for little scratches and such. I didn't consider the destructive power a 6 year old can have and these screen protectors SUSPENDED the damage they can cause. Thought I'd peel off the protective film and find the screen underneath was cracked but no scratch. I will be ordering a second set of these to have on hand to be on the safe side.

This glass protector is of very good quality but it was too thick. After I put the protector on, the Switch didn't dock as smoothly as without the protector. If the glass were a little thinner then this is the perfect protection. Another reason I'm giving three stars is because I just noticed on the Supershieldz website that the same lens protector sells for only $6.95 for a 6 pack. I have used Supershieldz screen protectors on my phones and tablets. The included alcohol wipes are dry wipes that do an excellent job of removing any dust and stains that may already be present, and most importantly, the glass screen protector itself is a fairly easy plan. - Just remove a layer of tape and you can install it neatly over the screen.
