Arrived faster than promised, well packaged and identical to the original parts but at a great price. Easy to install and use.

Looks almost the same, but the material is different. After a month of use, the plastic began to sag, the blue tongue does not return, the stand continues to fall. Luckily there are 2 in the package and I only had to replace the original. Now I use the second one and avoid raising and lowering it. Stay straight. Let's see how long the second one lasts.

I've ONLY had them 5 weeks and they cracked and spilled my dishes on the floor. I am disabled and had to wait for my caretaker to collect my broken glasses. I am very upset and disappointed that this happened when the return period ended last week. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and buy a hot tub replacement. .

Both rails lasted about 3 months. The two prongs at the top support the weight of the rack. They both broke. Initially, this is a poor design, hence these guides break. But the last ones I ordered from Whirlpool lasted over 2 years. These didn't last long. I have ordered new original hot tub guides. Now they've redesigned the part of the top that supports the rack. It feels sturdier and holds the stand securely instead of letting it rest on tiny bits of plastic.
